‍Who should get tested: Typically 100% of individuals are eligible for all tests. There are no criteria limitations.

Results

What results may mean: The results of your Health Panel could identify conditions that could cause common health issues such as fatigue, bleeding, urinary tract infections (UTIs), diabetes, and kidney or liver disease.

Testing Process

Risks involved: There are no risks involved with performing a Health Panel.

‍How to prepare for the test: The Health Panel test will include taking a blood sample from a vein or fingertip and providing a urine sample. There is no preparation needed for this test.

STD Panel

Intro

Test Overview: The STD Panel is a set of tests that is used to diagnose common sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) such as HIV, Syphilis, Chlamydia and Gonorrhea.

‍Common Symptoms: You should perform a STD Panel if you are experiencing symptoms such as painful urination, pain during sex, discharge, pelvic pain, itching around the genitals, or find a red rash on your palms or soles of your feet. STDs do not always show symptoms upon being infected.

‍Who should get tested: This test is recommended for anyone who wants to know about their sexual health, as well as those who:
● Have new or multiple sex partners.
● Have had unprotected sex.
● Share or have shared injection drug needles.
● Have symptoms of an STD.
● Are concerned they’ve been exposed to an STD.

Results

What results may mean: The results of your STD Panel can identify if you test positive for STDs such as HIV, Syphilis, Chlamydia and Gonorrhea.

‍Treatment or follow up for STD results: If you test positive for any of the STDs mentioned above you will have the opportunity to participate in a consultation with a board-certified, licensed physician or registered nurse (RN) to discuss your treatment options. When appropriate, many STDs can be treated with antibiotics.

Please note that if you are concerned you have contracted HIV that it may take 18-45 days after your exposure to detect an active infection.
